Our Relocation Servise

For most people, moving to overseas can be extremely stressful. Whether moving your own family or employees, our relocation service helps you find such moving more comfortable and smoother by providing the necessary logistics through our experienced staffs.

We hear your relocation schedule and property preference, and provide you with information on the premises which may meet your requirement, the living environment, etc.

We help you find a house/apartment which best meets your requirement. We also provide you with information on international schools, English speaking doctors and hospitals, etc.s

Once you have found the premises you want to rent, we carry out negotiation for you on renting conditions, and do all the documentation works in Japanese and English including the lease contract.

Once the lease contract for your new home was made, we can arrange furniture, if you prefer to rent. Our staff will be present at the moving in to explain how to use the appliances etc., and to document the inspection result of the original state of the premises in order to define the tenant’s responsibility based on the lease contract. Our moving-in support helps you start the everyday life smoothly in various aspects from connecting utility and cable/satellite TV etc., to register with the municipality office, from opening bank accounts, etc., to introducing an agent for the Internet connection.

We support your comfortable stay in Japan by giving good care and maintenance to the premises, equipment and facilities and the like.

At moving-out inspection we work to confirm the expense to restore the premises to the original state. We also work for the safe refund of your security deposit of the whole amount in the case of no restoration cost falling on the lessee, or of all the remaining amount in the case of some restoration costs charged to the lessee after negotiating with the owner and affirmed by the lessee. Our services range from introducing a mover to rounding up various documentations concerning returning home country, to disposal of large-sized waste.
